You are driven and proactive and someone who goes above and beyond the call of duty to achieve company results. Ideally, you will have strong experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formatting, sorting, formulas, editing, VLOOKUP’s) and are able to work quickly, but accurately.
About the Role
You will be responding to purchase requests through ServiceNow, investigating the best suppliers from the existing database and assisting the Procurement Specialist in dealing with requests from around the Group. You will work with suppliers to track progress of specific orders and make deadlines and expectations clear.
You will coordinate transactions with Project Managers to ensure timelines are understood and deadlines are met and raise Purchase Orders in response to requests raised throughout the organization.
