About the Role
Working within Customer Service a team, your aim is to put the customer first in everything you do. You will respond to customer queries via email, telephone, live chat and social media, ensuring first contact resolution is achieved where possible.
You will be handling customer contact from B2C customers and ensuring that all enquiries are processed according to the company guidelines and you will liaise with various departments inside the team to resolve complex customer queries.
