The Content Marketing Executive will be responsible for writing persuasive and compelling copy for internal and external communication and marketing campaigns, that delivers on the strength of our tone of voice and brand in the UK and Europe.

About the Role

Main Responsibilities

  • Write compelling brand and product content to be used across a variety of marketing channels that align with our tone of voice and can create a consistent and rewarding customer experience
  • Partner closely with marketing, PR, and design teams to come up with concepts for how best to build and develop our brand and clearly articulate our products, and what makes us unique
  • Build strong relationships with external agencies and market research companies to ensure consistency with campaign collateral
  • Work with customers to deliver and write written and video case studies

About You

Knowledge and Experience

  • 5+ years of copywriting experience, either in-house or at an agency
  • Experience working with multi-discipline commercial and creative teams to produce a range of marketing assets that are technically accurate and consistent with group messages
  • Strong project management skills to ensure copy is created on time, to a high-quality standard
  • Be used to working in an agile and digital-focused environment
  • Excellent communicator across all levels of the business with the ability to present to a range of stakeholders across the business including product developers, marketers, content, design, and other relevant tries
  • Be an excellent multi-tasker with exceptional organisational abilities
  • Excellent copywriter with experience across marketing mix and product life cycle
  • Ideally from a public relations or technical background
